As long as the files have the same filename, Spruceup will import the audio when it imports the video. Spruceup will not import the audio separately, but only with the video with the same filename.

  3. dO THEY HAVE TO HAVE THE SAME FILE EXTENSION ASWELL AND ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO HEAR THE SOUND WHEN YOU SIMULATE WITH SPRUCE

  4. You should have a "movie.m2v" and "movie.ac3" file. Use "Add media asset" to import the "movie.m2v" and you should see it import the "movie.ac3" immediately following. If the .ac3 is a different name, then name it correctly, delete the movie asset, and then re-add the movie asset. SpruceUp should find the .ac3 and import it.

You should be able to hear the sound in SpruceUp if your system can playback AC-3 encoded soundtracks. I'm not sure if there are other requirements (such as having a software DVD player that can decode AC-3).
