    OK I have a Lite On LDW-411S I went to there site to try to upgrade the firmware and I can't coz its grayed out!!

    where Can i update the last and final update of the firmware hep!!

    i have been having nothing but problems with freezing and jerk crap at the end of the DVDs no its not bad media TDKs sometimes it works sometimes it don't

    so where Can i update the firmware now!??? Ive heard update it it could improve comparability with media types
