    Will I be able to fit like 60 min in one CD or is it only 50 min? Will the quality still be good if I put a 2 hour movie on 2 CD's rather than 3?

    At VCD quality, 80 minutes will fit on an 80 minute CD.

    If in doubt, Google it.

    Quality is purely subjective. Many people (most?) on this site would say that you will never have good quality if you're making a VCD.
