I just got a TIVO from a third party w/ a lifetime subscription.
The TIVO is working fine.
How is the lifetime subscription handled? I called TIVO and their customer service people are a joke. I tried asking the lady there if I needed to have the account placed in my name or whatever they needed for service information. I literally got dead air from her.
I guess my question is, do I have to worry about getting the account switched over or since it is a lifetime subscription, just let it ride?

Three words: "Where's your manager?". Use them often when dealing with these idiots.

I was going to, but after the day I had, I think that rage would have been driving the conversation and nothing good would have come of the conversation at the time.
