I'm looking for an inexpensive video capture card. Nothing fancy that I can use to make VCDs from VHS source (once in a blue moon). I was going to get the Cybermail AV ($14.50) but it's sold out.
Anyother cheap cards that are worth looking at? I've read some of the reviews here, but most don't list price so...

You can still occasionally find the Cybermail card on eBay, and sometimes it's still pretty cheap.
