Hi, recently i won the bid for a radeon 9000Pro all-in-wonder card.
But after reading up more, discovered that the tv signals in my country is in PAL but the card that i have supports ntsc, pal n and pal m.
Is there anyway for me to use this card to capture tv signals in PAL?
Please help.

You can't.
It'll be of NO USE to you, unless, of course, you want to donate it to a friend...
If you're talking eBay, you should see if you can "gracefully bow out".
NTSC cards only cap NTSC, PAL cards only cap PAL. Maybe there's some Dual-system cards out there, but they'd have to be explicitly labelled as such.
Good luck,
