2 Disc set to three DVD-R's?

I'm trying to backup Chappelle's Show Season one. It is a 2 disc set. I want to dump all the extras and menus, leaving just the episodes so I get the best quality. I've used DVD Decryptor to rip both DVD's to my HD. How do I reauthor those files to put the episodes onto 3 DVD-R's rather than the original two? Thanks

quick and easy way is to use DVD shrink. use the open files button instead of open disc, and locate the folder for disc one. select re-author and then drop as many episodes you can fit into the DVD box on the left. hit backup to ouput these files to a folder on your hard drive. do the same for your second disc, except you'll also need to open another instance of shrink with the original disc two selected. you can then drag the required eps from original disc two along with however many from original disc one to make disc two. now just make disc three from the copy of shrink that's selected original disc two.
