I did a test of 2 mitutes and it worked with on minor flaw the audio and video wasnt sincronized. I Hope this will help others and make new guides for DV to MiniDVD.

Remember this in mind, to play mini DVD in Daewoo DVG-3000N you wont be able to use the menus but you will be able to browse and look for the VOB file and play it. 10 min of video will fit well on the CD.

As for the Sound it will have to be converted to AC-3 if you want to hear the sound of the VOB file.

1. cature the 10 minute DV video to Hard Drive with Studio DV or other Program.

2. Put the Avi file in TMPGEnc and choose on the menu to output to WAV.

3. take the Wav File and convert it to AC-3 with Sonic Foundry Sound Encoder. Remember that the hz have to be 48hz and the bitrate can be 224 bitrate.

4. convert the AVI video to MPG2 with TMPENC

5. Demultiplex the MPG2 file and you will get the .M2V file.

6. Use QuickBuilder and insert the .M2V file and the .Ac3 file and tell it were to put the VOB file.

7. With the VOB file you then make the menus which will work on the PC and future MiniDVD compatible DVDPLayer mean wile you will be able to play back the vob file on the Daewoo

Remenber that the Daewoo is firmware updatable so in the future there could be a fix.

If someone knows how to make a better guide please reply with the address.
