  1. I just started getting this error. I rip using DVDDecryptor from a DVD I recorded on my set-top Sansui VRDVD4005 recorder.

I had done this in the past, copied the files using DVD Decryptor, then burnt using Nero. However, the latest 2 discs I've tried doing this with gives the error "file size is not a multiple of a logical block size"

This is with no editing of any files whatsoever. Simply ripped, and then burned on Nero.

What exactly does this mean, and how can I fix it? I've read about people saying use the UDF file template on Nero, but I tried that and it gave a warning message about how this isn't meant for a DVD Video and will not play, use the DVD Video template.

    Any help?

are any of the VOBs 0kb in size?

this is normally what gets Nero to barf up that error and you can normally ignore it as long as you have kept the DVD structure valid which you should have if you have only ripped it

I know you are just ripping and burning but some transcoding programs for example remove them completely as they are not referenced in the IFO's when they process them but I think it's best to keep them
