Mpeg2Schnitt unable to open mpegs

Hi Guys

Tried to use Mpeg2Schnitt to cut out ads etc.. on mpegs from Hauppauge USB Nova T. I seem to be unable to open the files (which open in mpgeg cutter). BTW this appears to be the case before or after running through Pvastrumento.

Any ideas. There is no show all files option in the open and it cannot see/recognise my mpegs (even ones output from Tmpenc).

As far as i know, Mpeg2Schnitt opens only elementary streams, so it looks for M2V extension (or also MP2 ?).
When you open an .m2v file it looks for a corresponding .mpa file.
You can use PVAStrumento to demux the Mpeg into m2v and mpa.
It's a bit longer (and heavier on your HD) but it works well.
