I'm using prodisc dvds and an epson r200 i have the inner diameter set to 24 and the outer set to 117. I insert the picture on Epson print CD and align it perfectly, yet when i actually print it out the image is not centered and you can see the white of the disc. I tried adjusting the position of the image but the second print was also offset. I don't know what to do. Also does everyone use Epson print CD

James, have you adjusted the Adjust Print Position settings? I pissed about with that and didn't reset it.

I have not had any problems yet myself, dozens printed with the R200 now. I love this printer for disks!
First of course is to make shure you are loading the disk caddy lined up properly with the arrows, I'm pretty sure you probably did that right
Set the inner/outer diameter for your printable disk in the CDprint program.
Print disk.
That's all I did on my system, and they are all lined up perfect. I did not find the diameter settings (seldom read help and docs in the begining myself) untill after I had printed a few disks. My first disks had a slight inner/outer thin circle not being printed. I could tell by that circle that the disk was printed perfectly lined up, the white rings were perfectly even all the way around.
Perhaps try several things. Look for any settings for margins? How are the disks off center? As placed into the printer, side to side could be a software setting like a margin. Front to back, maybe the caddy is not feeding properly when linning up for printing. Not at that computer now or I would look at the programs settings.
There is a place to set print alignment I am sure. Should be able to changed the alignment there so your disks print centered. Forgot where I saw that at, maybe one of the icons on the left side, or might have been buried in a roll down menu. -

Doing it this way will save loads of ink and disks. Not bothered by small problems...

I haven't touched mine from the default and so far it is great.
Lines up perfectly
Use Surething 4 which has all the Epson templates as part of the package.
