I am trying to convert an episode of Angel to VCD. Everytime I convert it it turns out blocky, even If I keep it's original size using tmpence. Does anyone have any suggestions?

what bit rate do u encode with are u using a variable bit rate or cq what are your tpmg settings...basically i dont know what bit rate u are using but do a 2pass vbr and up your video bit rate also do a high quality(slowest) motion search..also u can select soften block noise........these are all settings in tpmg

one sugestion, dl my temp- ShiZZZoN, and read the guide, you'll never have a block problem again
