Imation 15pk +/-R Spindle $15 at Target - Who makes these?

These are advertised at Target this week. I'm mostly interested in who makes the -R's and would like to know if anyone here has checked who manufactures these.

Read DVD MEDIA<<<to the left of this site. Probably the DVD-R is manufactured by CMC or MCC which is MITSUBISHI CHEMICAL COMPANY. CMC is crappy media. DVD+R is RICOH.

I did read the DVD Media section before posting and saw that CMC was one of the manufacturers which I will not spend a dime on cause it SUCKS.

Someone gave me an Imation disc recently and it was CMC. I did buy a 15 or 25 of Memorex at Target a while back that were ProdiscS03. 4X DVD-R
