I just puchased a SIMA GoDVD device to remove macrovision and I'm having trouble getting it all hooked up through my RF modulator that I use. This is a rather tedious question but does anyone know how I can re-hook up my DVD recorder to my vcr through the GoDVD? I'm not sure if it's just my ineptitude or the RF modulator thats confusing me.

vcr->SIMA->dvd recorder (inputs)
dvd recorder->rf modulator->tv
you only need to block the macrovision signal to the dvd recorder from the vcr, it doesnt need to go through the rf modulator. you would probably get worse quality (sound and video) if you went throught RF modulator.. go with component (rca) cables to the dvd recorder. -
Thank you, it all works great, I'm just a bonehead when it comes to this stuff so thank you for bailing me out
