    hi i have muxed dvd files in rejig with srt2sup to insert subtitles.It seems that i have a problem when i play in my hi-fi dvd player.The subs are very bright,what's wrong?when i play in my pc on power dvd it's ok.

    Hi,

    Subtitles are constructed from a pallet which is defined by the DVD Disc, however the representation of the pallet is defined by the DVD player.

    Do other "original" DVDs have the same problem?

    Hi,

    Try using SupRemap to change the colours in the IFO file. Do this post DVD authoring, but before you write the file to DVD.

    My download page is off line at the moment, but you mught find SupRemap by doing a search on the web.
