Basiclly whats happend is i went down to dallas right and this guy walks up to me and says hes got a real nice labtop but cant get it to work so asks me if i'd buy it for 20 so im like yeah, well turns out that the thing is either hot or he has been trying to reset the original settings on the comp, well down to the main point is i have a extremmly nice inspiron 256 byte 40 hard but i cant get past the administrative lock down. So far ive tride the basic stuff like removing the cmos batterie and trying just to re install but i can get to the point where the comp say bios 100% then it jumps back to the admin lock down. If you guys can help i would appreciate it other wise im about to use it for parts.
