Can anyone help me find a video editor that actually can cut a portion of a screen(Say the Bottom) and resize it to fit on the standard size screen? I have a video with some annoying text at the bottom, and I'd like to cut it out.
I have both Mac and Windows.

Also, I need a free High-Quality Pro Video Editor for a Mac. Can anyone help me with this?
