  1. just browsing today found that www.bigpockets.co.uk are now selling the first dual layer dvd writer for £149.

    no media though ?

    The word 'ditto' springs to mind. There's not much that's urging me to splash out as of this moment. I think I'll wait till the quality comparisons/price wars on media settle before I consider a double-layer writer.

    Well.. you could always brag to your mates that you bought the very first double-layer burner!!! Then make a hasty getaway before they ask how many DVDs you've burned with full menus and extras at zero compression using Shrink.
