Presumably this file is on a p2p somewhere. At a glance people may think 'Wide Screen ' but I think steveryan may be right , There are a lot of groups with strange names that distribute pirate movies on p2p networks and that is what a lot of these initials are.

WS stands for Wide Screen. It's a format they use in Northern Asia instead of NTSC or PAL or SECAM. It's the newest technology! I can't wait for it to come to the US of A.

WS = Weird Shit !! New in the US and used as a way of denoting deviant content in movies.
Here we refer to all objectionable and deviant material as a "Cappie" or Capmaster" or as being rated "C".
HHere is a reCap ...
G = Gross -- Vinyl Goat or Sheep sex and/or hetero midget clown sex
PG - Pretty Gross -- Homo-sexual Midget Clown Sex and Snuff Films involving live Goats or Sheep.
PG-13 -- Same as PG except includes a Homosexual Midget Clown Porn Orgy with 13 or more clowns or any use of Shaved Gerbils.
R = Rancid -- involves Midget Clowns having sex with corpses or any number of Midget Clowns taking turns at making sweet love the the eye socket of damn near anything living or dead.
NC-17 -- No Chicks over 17 -- a Movie with Midget Clown Porn Orgies and no women are over the age of 17.
X -- Xceedingly horrific -- Involves the use of Sadistic torture and indescribable implements.
WS= Same as "X" but includes the use of electricty and brutal torture of Vinyl mammilian quadripeds.
There we have it. Glad I could help !! -
