Thanks for the information! I do have one question. When you put the removable hard drive in your computer do you stil get the audio drop out? Just wondering. -
No, the captured vob files play back perfectly on the computer, just as they do from a DVD+R or +RW disc after you copy them over from the OSM menu.
The DVDRHD04 records to both the HD and DVD discs perfectly, they merely have a firmware glitch in the playback of the files from the HD on the unit itself. -
That's pretty cool, I might have to try that. I finally found a DVDRHD04 today, a new WalMart just opened and they had 2 of them, well now they only have one. I haven't had a chance to play with it yet so I can't comment.
