    I made a videocd/mpeg with my ATI TV Wonder VE Card my question is what can I use to take the commercials out of the mpeg? Or is there another capture software to use that I can pause while recording thanks!

    Ya, use myflix software available on this site, it works great for chopping up movies. but it ain't free. Tmpgenc has the ability to cut, but the audio and video always ended up outof sync. Maybe if it were used in smaller chuncks? You don't endup cutting out the bad sections, you will be cutting out what you want to save on both programs.

    Oh also, I have AIW 128 pro, when I am around I just hit the stop and start again while recording to chop it up either for commercials or cutting a 2 hr movie into two 1 hr chunks for burning. On an AMD 900 stopping, naming it, and starting takes about 3 secs
