SOme help please. I would like to buy a video card to watch TV from my computer and also be able to record tv shows when I want to. I was looking at the ATI-All-in-Wonder. But it is a bit costly. Can anyone recommend a cheaper card? Thanks for the advise.

1024 Ram
74 Gig 10,000 RPM WD
250 Gig WD
80 Gig WD
40 Gig WD
XP Pro
