I have been told that if I use something like CCE and DVDRB to encode my movies that I will see a bigger jump in quality. I currently use DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. They look pretty good to me. I compress the menus and extras as to keep the compression of the Video higher. Using the first mentioned process would I actually be amazed at the difference in quality and compared to my current process? I ask because it takes me about 45 mins now to do one full dvd as opposed to 3-12 hours using the other process. Thanks

Forget about the whole concept of "time" when you are talking quality in encoding video. Time and quality simply do not co-exist in this "hobby".
