  1. I need to make a presentation. I would like the presentation to play on a portable DVD player (can’t afford projector). I need the presentation to be high quality and it needs to be interactive (I need to control each slide).

I did one using Keynote. I exported the file to QuickTime and selected the playback control to interactive slideshow and then I used toast to burn it to a CD not a DVD. The CD presentation did work on the portable DVD but I lost the quality and the only way I could make it interactive was using the pause button which made it impossible to keep up with while talking.

I hope someone could help or give advice. Thanks.

  2. Burn the slideshow with iDVD4 - choose manual control in the slide duration control.

  3. You could also use DVD Studio Pro to have more control over things like button types, slide delay, music, etc.
