MMc7.1 ati drivers

When I record tv in 352x240 there is a very thin white line at the top of the pitcure.
The overall pitcure quality is fine and it does not appear to drop any frames.
If I record at 480x240 or higher I do not get this white line.
Any help much appreciated.
