  1. I have been selling instructional dvd's on ebay for the last few months and have noticed something interesting....

My "Precision Reloading using RCBS Equipment" is 'sniped' more often than any of my other auctions....

no...not a joke! Just thought it to be interesting fodder for you gun-totin'-junkies out there.

  2. Crikey Jeex...I wasn't trying to hype the auction, but thanks...lol

Actually, that's my brother...and he DOES love his guns and dogs.

And the technique sucked before broadband. Click 10 seconds before the end, connect 20 seconds after.

You sell many of the disks? I use Lee and C-H, myself, and my RCBS disk is slower than cracking a manual, and costs 3 times as much.

    Red,

I'd think it would be better. maybe not, because most reloaders think they have their "craft" down pat, and you can't teach an old dog new tricks

I'm an old dog, and I mentioned that I prefer the paper manuals. And I've been computing, lo, these many years.

Seems to me, there are not really all that many shooters that get turned on to computers. They are missing the boat, a little. I keep telling older fogies than me that the sum of Human knowledge is out there, you just gotta learn to find it. The reloading pages of RD Smith, for example, give you all his developed loads, most worked up, I presume, from a manual, and refined to his satisfaction..

When there is a firearms related thread in a non forum, the flamers attack, both internal and external.kind of a Rosie O'Donnell thing. You shouldn't be allowed to have any type of gun. They're only for the Guv'mint and us rich celebrities to either carry or have our bodyguards carry.

And, when, perhaps, 10 % of the responses are positive, the thread is locked. Politics. US freedoms as opposed to most other countries restrictions, and many countries outright prohibition. "We can't have that, here. We will offend the totalitarians."

    Ah, well....

I hope you are a shooter, as well as a video author on the sport.

    Cheers,

    George

  10. You BET I shoot...and not just video

My brother is the 'one-shot one-kill' sort....

I'm more the Somalia, 'lean around corner and empty magazine' type...

I would take an AR-15 or AK-47 any day of the week before I pick up my brother's .220 Swift with 10x Leopold.
