Downloading Videoclips to Homepage

How do you download a videoclip to a homepage? I have a video camera and I want to download the video to my homepage.

Do you mean use on your homepage. I am a little confused since I would consider this uploading. ANyway, upload your video flie to your server and link it thru your homepage. This is one way to do it.

Thanks for your answer. Your right I need to upload the information to the computer. Do I need any special wires to connect the camera to the computer to do this upload? Do I need to download any special program in order to run the videos and can anyone watch it?

You will need a capture card which should come with the wires if you dont already have them. Once you capture the file you might want to convert it to avi or mpeg. These can be played with win media player. You might want to check out the capture and newbie conversion forums. They might better serve u.

What kind of camera do you have? If it's MiniDV or Digital 8 all you need is a firewire cable and a firewire port on your PC.
