    video clips from others i can convert to vcd with no problems. even short converted clips play great on my dvd player. i have a collection of old tv series i am trying to convert to vcd but when i do the picture is very blocky. i've used virtualdub, ulead videostudio and dvd moviefactory with the same results- video clips from others play great, but my own are blocky. is there something i am missing?

    What format are your source files? Have you tried TMPGEnc?
