    Hi, I'm new. I made a VCD on a CD-RW with the program Nero Vision. At first it didn't look like it worked cause when I put the cd in my DVD player, the menu would show up, but it wouldn't play the videos, but then I hit "stop" and skipped to track 1 and it played. I was just happy it played. The picture is not perfect, it's almost like VHS quality. But the audio is good. I was wondering if I can download a program that will make the picture better and clearer? Thanks so much!

    VCD has it's limitations, it's about equal to VHS...maybe even a little less. TMPGEnc will create better quality mpegs than Nero, use Nero for burning to disk only and not for conversion. Look in the Guides section for directions in using TMPGEnc.
