    Dont know what settings to check. Can anyone help me? Or do i have to use isobuster and extract the files first?

    Launch Nero, click on the Manuals link, then open the Nero Burning Rom manual. Read the section entitled "Image file" which will tell you how to create and burn an image file.

    Use Nero Express or DVD Decrypter and don't worry about the settings.
