    i was wondering and yes i have read the guides but i was wondering what ios the fastest way to put a 2 disk vcd on a 4.7gb dvd-r

  2. extract the mgs's from both disks, and author them in tmpeg dvd author, and burn with nero. depending on the purner, you can accomplish this in about 1/2 hour with an 8x drive

    If you had read the guides properly you would know the answer to this

    You need to convert the .dat files to .mpg files - I prefer VCDGear for this. Then, as jfvan suggested, use TMPGEnc DVD Author to create a menu if required and insert chapter points. It will join the files itself if you put them in the same track and will upsample the audio to 48KHz as well. Then burn away !
