    Movie Mill is my main capture software. I'm using version 2.0.260. There's a newer version where Snazzi (Vone) has been trying to include CBR, but it's been buggy and best avoided. Build 260 is by far the most stable version.

    Movie Mill is not an editing program. You can play back captures, but that's about it. What it does have that is nice is very good control over input filtering, bright/contrast/color balance as well as GOP/bitrate/audio parameters.

    I'm assuming you have a Snazzi capture card?
