I tried searching on this and couldn't find a definitive answer.
I'm trying to figure out which applications produce 100% DVD spec compliant directory structures (assuming that the video and audio are DVD spec compliant to begin with).
I've come across some people who say that these aren't 100% compliant:
- DVD-Lab
- DVD Architect
- ReelDVD
Are these?
- DVD Maestro
- DVD Workshop
- Encore
- DVDIt
- TMGEnc DVD Author
- Impression

It's usually not the author program that's make it "DVD-compliant", it's usually the MPEG2 streams within the DVD that aren't up to spec. Using the templates to make a standard DVD MPEG2 that came with your MPEG2 encoder should work fine.
