If so, I was wondering what's the difference between "Standard" and "Fine" stills modes? Obviuosly the descirption says there's a quality difference but what does it mean; Resolution, color depth??? Also how do you like the camcorder?

Standard stills are compressed to 1/10 (jpegged)
Fine stills are compressed to 1/4, therefore less artifacts in the picture due to compression, but less images fit on the memory stick.Have a nice day :) -
My friend recently bought one, made me real jealous, he showed me all the tricks it did and he seemed pretty pleased with it. I haven't seen the playback qulaity yet though.
