  1. How do I do this. If I have a Wav that the volume goes up and down really fast so the sound wobbles (like on an old Vhs) - how do I correct this to make it all the same volume? What is the fuction called?

    Afternoon,

You need to normalize the audio in something like goldwave or sound forge to, say, 80%. I'm not sure if this will completely elliminate the problem though. How did it end up fluctuating like this ?

    Cheers

  3. It was a gig that I shot on a video camera, and I played it back so much afterwards (on the camera) that the begining of it the sound went wobberly. It was Tape not digital. I will try what you said thanks.

In advance, I'd like to apologise to Lerner and Loewe...

    /singing

All I want is a wave that's smooth
With volume locked in a steady groove
    I'll normalize and filter too
Oh, will my wave be wobberly?

Divx, mpeg, I just don't care
Nice, clean sound's what I'd like to share
    Can someone recommend software
To fix my wave that's wobberly?

    Okay, I'll stop now...
