On occasion DVDShrink is not able to compress to its target size. You might have to look at dropping an audio stream, or still pictures for the credits, or a movie only reauthor.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  6. Jimmalenko is right - I've had the same experience. Too many audio streams will do that.

  7. OK, I aready tried reinstalling shrink. The point is this is happening on backups I have done before!!. Today I have even uninstalling nero and shrink. Then reinstall shrink only and still it does it. The reason I mentioned nero in my post is that it now has an encorder to dvd-5, which looks so much like shrink, I am wodering it has copied shrink.

  8. why don't you use another version of shrink? the older ones work better for me.

  9. I had tried older versions as well.

Anyway I have solved it by drastic measures . I have reformatted my hard drive and reinstall win xp. Now it works.
