Avideo sequence header is necessary for every GOP in a standard DVD.
The video sequence is in correct
    And also this error
The video GOP is to long for a standard DVD it is necessary that the GOP fulfill the following
max 36 fields (18 frames) ntsc

You don't say what your source is.
What are you trying to do?
It sounds like you are trying to put SVCD onto a DVD-R

    Hi red lion,

A common error, and easily fixed:

    https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=857520#857520

...assuming you're familiar with TMPGEnc / the filename.mpg (MPEG2) was created using TMPGEnc.

See earlier in the thread for a link I provide to a guide that will explain what the error means.

    Hope that helps.

No, you must reencode if you want a compliant dvd.

Sounds as though you are trying to put an SVCD on DVD. If so, you will need to use DVDPatcher to change the resolution from 480x480 (576 if PAL) to something DVD compliant....use 352x480(576) and patch the entire files. Then after making the DVD (but before burning) run the VOBs back through DVDPatcher and change the resolution back to 480x480(576). As long as your DVD player will play SVCDs you shouldn't have any problems. There should be a guide on this site for more detailed instruction on using DVDPatcher.
