    It may sound dumb, anyway, i if i restore my computer( through the restore option in winn XP) to a previous date, what would happen.
    e.g. I made a restore point on 1st April
    did some capture on 2nd
    editing on 4th
    Downloaded (saved it to HD) and installed a program on 6th

    Now if I restore it to the restore pt created on 1st April

    What would i loose

    all your files should be safe, from my experience of using the restore feature the only thing i would lose would be any programs i installed on my computer prior to the date i chose to restore, but any files i saved onto my hdd were still there
