I want to Copy and Movie and take out Extra's but have it

I want to Copy and Movie and take out Extra's but have it play perfectly in my standalone DVD player. I did it this way before and when I put it in my DVD player it seemed abit messed up when it started up before it got to the menu.

What I want is to Keep mainly the movie and menu and that's it to keep the quility of the movie high and have it play really good in my DVD player with no black screen before the menu, what is the best way to do this ?

I use CloneDVD and Shrink

OK I reauthured a Movie I lost the menu but the movie looks great so Will just be using this method from now on.
