    I am trying to find a good tool, hell any tool, to change the size of an AVI file while keeping the quality. I have some that change from AVI to mpeg and increase the size but i need one that does this same thing for AVIs. any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    Try to use Virtual Dub. Guide and software is just at the left side of the screen, (navigation links) Look under "Tools" and "How To".
