You could call that a bargain if you like, but yesterday I went to my local OM after a phone call telling me my rain check of Feb 5 was in, a 100 spindle of Ridata, rebate expired, pay the after rebate price of 39.99.

RICOHJPNR01 DVD+Rs, per DVDInfoPro, but the cakebox wrapper says "Made in Taiwan".

So, the packager is in Taiwan, or they're fakes, or what?

    Cheers,

    George

Yup..Ricoh's are made in Taiwan. Goes to show you that good discs come from out of Japan too. Although i have seen Japanese Ricoh too, and there is no difference as far as i can tell.

    Cheers.

Dude, you are so right/honest. Good media come from Singapore and Malaysia too. Sadly very few DVDR plant in US.

I check the OM website. It seems like it also offers $20 rebate. $69AR, sweet and tempting! Have anyone tried this media?
