win tv pvr 250

I have a problem with my pvr 250. Between my Hauppage card and my friends older version their is about a 1 second lag in tv. I tried hooking up my playstation 2 to the hauppage but the lag is incredible between the action and the result. Please help.

The PVR-250 always Buffers the input. That is why there is a 1 second or so delay. Not good for playing games, also when you capture Video (VCR Etc.) you have to do both Video and Sound through it. If you use your sound card for Audio there is a delay. No way around it. to get real time you need a card that doesn't Buffer.
