    Anyone seen this problem ? For some reason it won't let me select which speed to burn at.

    x4 (Max) causes Stop/Starty/blocky problems towards end of authoring (outer edge of media), may well be the fact I've got some cheap Ritek DVDs (not G04).

    But when I have burnt at x2 on Uleaed Video Studio I have had no problems, so I think it's possibly a speed thing. I much prefer TMPGenc DVD Author so would like to burn at x2 on that but won't allow me to select a diff speed other than max x4.

    Any help much appreciated

    dont use it to burn,

    use something else that will let you change the speed

    I have the same problem, and more with my registered TMPGEnc DVD Author. What is worse, Pegasys has not answered my email. Their website is set up for replies, but that also may not work.

    My work around is to use Author to create an ISO file, transfer to DVDshrink, and burn at my selected speed.
