    Whats a good program to make and burn DVDs with menus.
    I want to make menus with a button that is to PLAY and SCEEN SELECTION.

    Is the new Roxio Media Center any good ?

    I have always used TMPGenc DVD Author.

    It is not the the most functional menu maker, however for what you are looking for it will suffice. You can add background, motion menu, sound etc..

    Very easy and not too expensive if you wanted to purchase.
