    Just wondering if anyone uses any special app for defraging and if so which one is a good one?? Also, if after defraging my system, things still seem slow, what else could I do to speed things up.

    Windows defrag once a month or as needed then Norton Speed disk every couple of days.

    Windows defragger when needed. Since I went to DV instead of Video board capture, haven't needed to do it much.
