hi..
i have a ripped dvd and i already demultiplexed it ut i want to know what is his fps so i could sync the subtitles accordingly... how can i find it?

Hi tkamin,
I believe that playing the ripped files in something like PowerDVD (or similar app) you can then view the properties while it's playing.
You can either open the *.IFO (or perhaps the *.VOB) files in PowerDVD, or I think that you can double click on the *.IFO files to play the film that's in the *.VOB files. You might be able to double click on the *.VOB files directly.

Open one of the vob files in bitrate viewer. The free version will do fine.
