I have an avi that looks all shaky when I try to play it. I was hoping that it would be corrected by converting it to mpg - but I was wrong.
When I open this avi in TMPGEnc, and I click to set the source range, I get a warning message that reads:
"warning: nothing to output... BFrame Decoder Lag"
can anyone explain how to correct this?[/i]

A shaky avi might be xvid with older xvid codecs installed, getting newer xvid codecs might fix your problem,if not then its a bad avi file.
I think,therefore i am a hamster.
