I have converted the same AVI file to SVCD with TMPGEnc, with the same settings on different computers:
1. Athlon XP 1600+ - produced MPG file of about 900MB
2. Pentium 4, 1400Mhz (the old series) - produced 1.2 GB
Why its happening? Which file should be better?
