  1. I just wanted to get some peoples opinions about these CDR's. Ive seen a few topics about this and some people say theyve been able to burn 100+ min onto one, and others say that all CompUSA media is horrible, but what I want to know, is this media all that bad? I know a lot depends on the burner you use, but in general how is the stuff? I mean, Ive seen posts (and on websites) that this media often makes coasters and has a life span of ~10-15yrs. I want to start burning 99min svcd's and if I do, I'll most likely be buying these CDR's since theyre the most reasonable priced ones (unless someone else know of another place). So if youve had any experience with this media, please try to post an objective (or as close as possible) response (and the burner you use)

  2. Im dont think to highly of compusa...The cds they produce are probably not top of the line...go figure...I havent heard to much info about them...From what i experianced is my cd writer doesnt really recognize the cdr but i was able to burn something on the cd but since it wasnt compatible i could not burn more then 700MB on it...The only way i would use them is if i had a cdwriter that could burn to 99mins and also another major thing would be it would have to be compatible with my Sony DVP-CX860 DVD Player otherwise i wouldnt bother with it...Im sure we will all have Dvd Burners Be4 we know it anyway...Then we wont have to sacrafice Quality for cd space or put 1 movie on multiple cds which i think is crazy...Im sure dvd burners and media will be getting cheaper by the day...happy burning

  4. I have had alright luck with them and don't consider them to be of bad quality. A lot of folks are having troubles with them either because they are not compatible with their burners or not compatible with their cd players or dvd players. I have only used them with my standalone and haven't had any problems.
