    Step 1. RTFM, NOOB !
    Step 2. It depends on what you're trying to end up with. For example, if putting these onto 1 DVDR then there's no need to join beforehand, as you authoring software will join them automatically.
    Step 3. an All Forums search found 33 results for "join mpeg svcd files".
    If in doubt, Google it.
